You can, but it isn't easy. You can set it to 900 degree rotation or 180 by pressing a few buttons on the steering wheel.

BTW : when u get an SMS saying u got a new car, that doesn't mean it's the last car in the list, you'll notice that not only the WRX but also the RX-7 do not slot in at the end of the list of cars available at Car Shops.

Maybe you've got the WRX but just haven't noticed...

With the car unlocks... does everyone else gets their cars unlocked as the web site says, or in a different order (like me), because so far my current unlocking order is more like

1 Cadillac Escalade
1 Lincoln Navigator
2 Hummer H2
2 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6
3 Nissan Sentra
3 Toyota Celica
4 Toyota Supra
5 Lexus IS300
6 Volkswagen Golf GTI
7 Acura RSX
7 Audi A3
8 Audi TT
8 Mitsubishi Eclipse
9 Mazda RX-8
10 Mazda RX-7
10 Nissan 350Z
11 Infiniti G35

instead of the list I can find on NFS sites. Which is annoying because I can slam one less performance unique part onto the Lancer or the Eclipse because they both get unlocked right after I complete a stage! Maybe the list around is for console? I have the PC Asia-Pacific version.

anyways... i've completed the game!.. all of it. long time ago... but the "Body Kit" didnt unlock!... is there anythin else i have to do!?... no racer left! i race the cars on the streets lolz... if somebody knows... plz tell me.

I think you're referring to Wide Body Kit, am I rigth? In order for you to get the WBK, you need to do Outruns at Coal Harbor. Some speculated that it'll be unlocked when you do win the Outruns at Coal Harbor West, but I unlocked it at Coal Harbor East.

And please take not that the Wide Body Kit is not available for SUVs, only sedans.

1.That it isn't compatible isn't the problem that causes the sound. Contact Logitech for that.

2.Try setting it to '''normal'' mode instead of the 900 degree rotation one. NFSU2 doesn't support the Pro's 900 degree rotation mode. It's like when you play Gran Turismo 3 and Prologue on 900 degree rotation. It's hard to drive with GT3, simply because it's designed for the steering wheels that were still limited to only a 90 degree turn.

(If you don't know how to set it to 180 degree rotation, read the small book included with the wheel)

NFSU2 gives the wheel a deadzone you could drive a bus through and has a set maximum speed the front two wheels can turn at, making for a very frustrating time in 900 degree mode (select+r3+right paddle to toggle). I've done it, it's just nearly impossible to countersteer if you hit something and need to start turning the opposite way. NFSU2 just hates wheels, it's annoying in its 'regular' mode too.

Err, I doubt that you can receive anymore Unique Upgrades if you've completed the career mode. And regarding on what version of NFSU2 you're having, if you see the Honda Civic & Acura RSX, you own the US Version. However, if you have see the Vauxhall Corsa & Peugeot 106, you own the European Version of the game.

TNX...It means that i have an U.S. version...And it seems that i will now be playing NFS from the begining because i want my car with UNIQUE UPGRADES!!!... i now have another problem...i uploaded some car from my garage two days before...and I see that there are no cars in my garage on the page...I have taken the pictures in 1280 x 1024 and some on 1024 x 768 resolution, i read the rules and i did everything like is written there...but my cars are not in my garage...rrrrrr...do you know somthing about it?

This is kinda the wrong place to be asking such questions, since this thread is concerned with discussion of the game itself. Please post further questions of this kind in the Help & Support Section.

Nonetheless, if your car hasn't appeared in the garage by now, there must have been something about it that didnt meet the rules. By far the biggest isses we encounter are cars pics posted to the wrong showroom (we have a showroom for NFSU1 and another for NFSU2), and partial images that failed to transfer to the site correctly.

Without doubt, you will need to upload the car again. If it still doesnt appear in your garage after 24 hours, contact me by PM and I'll look into it further.

im sorry but im not liking this game. i LOVE nfsu for not this second one. im trying to like it but it's not happening. they took out the s2000, they have comic strip like cutscenes and the graphics seems to have been hurried. i do like the freestyle mode but thats about it. not trying to flame but i think ea shouldve worked on this game a bit more.

Definetly a YES!!! This game SUCKS compared to NFSU1. This comic strip sucks, the s2000 tooken out sucks, about everything sucks...

k, explanation sounds fair enough 10q. About the dq-ing: I posted it somewhere else, but u can bet on it that when u get "reset" on the track after crashing and floating into the big nothing u get dq'd. But yesterday I had a very clean and fast 4-lap-race, the runner-up was timed-up, and I got dq'd? So, I wonder when the server decides to dq's some1...
