Also, we can add a new car to the car list, the Nissan 350Z. The administrator of http://www.nfs-planet.de got to try out NFS ProStreet and he said he raced with the Nissan 350Z. Look here: http://www.nfsplanet.com/nfsps_firstlook.php?lang=eng

"I could try the Nissan 350Z on the Infineon Raceway and I have to say (although I really sucked driving this track) it was really fun."

EDIT: Also, on nd4spdworld, it was said some of the cars that will appear include: "Mazda RX-7 FD3S, Audi RS6, Toyota Corolla AE86, Mitsubishi Eclipse and a Barracuda."

Ah umm not to break anyone here also im not sure but those look like scene cars like what are just sitting there on the level for example there is cars on juiced what sit there outside of the track i think they are just there for the track not actual cars also they are 2D the tires are flat and the textures look strange also i don't think EA would put a car with a detailed engine showing just for the hell of it so its gotta be just level car nothing special imo

This is totally fair, xbox is outdated and so is the PS2.

I cant imagine how the PS2 version will be graphically outdated in comparison with both PS3, & 360.

I think its fair too... the old xbox would probably not handle the next-gen graphics, same for PS2. Get another console, the same way we PC users have to upgrade our components each 2 or 3 years (even more frequently).

I dont want to start a consoles vs pc fight, its just a comment: we can't spend 200 bucks one time and pretend to have evertything for ever

The only reason why they are making a PS2 version is probably because most normal people can't afford the PS3 and since they are "Sony Fanboys", they just stick with their PS2 because they know people like EA still makes games for them.

And move with the times please, PS2 came out 7 years ago, which is quite ridiculous if games are still being made for it. Imagine how many generations have passed puberty within that time frame.

That's exactly why EA's still making NFS for PS2. They know Xbox fanboys moved on to the 360 but Sony fanboys...not all since the PS3 is so expensive. In the end, it's all about, "Will the sales offset the cost of producing the game for the console?" In the PS2's case...yes. I still see the PS2 advertised in the weekly Best Buy fliers while the original Xbox is nowhere to be seen.

well i am getting rid of my old ps2 before then to get a ps3 so i can play all these new racing games i am waiting for to come out:
-DiRT
-Burnout Paradise
-Gran Turismo 5
-and of course, Need for Speed ProStreet

Why not do a PS2 version? The installed user-base for that system is still huge.

Still, this will probably be the last year that there'll be a new PS2 NFS game.

Ill be really surprized if they throw one out for the ps2 it cant really hold up to the 360 and ps3 and other pc's but then again they can get some chump change from the ps2

@ Fishwhiz: Why are you so against the Wii? It has interactive capabilities that PS4 will never have. Not to mention it's a much more realistic way of playing a game, instead of the old button-pressing.

no its isn t, the game is finish, but they want to do more pub....my father work with EA and i cannot show you things like this, but if EA hear about the pic i showed to you, my father ll lose his job..... so be quiet!

( i said purchase because its the true, i paied it)

all what i can say its then the game is very realistic and fun

I have heard the cars' handling is completely different with the previous NFS series...

sorry if my english is realy bad but....its beacause i live in montreal and speek french....

the car are more real ( graphic) and (driving), its not realy hard to control de car at the beganing, but when you have a realy good car, you try to replace it to not go in the wall lol.
