Well now that`s what I call putting the car a bit lower

The only good thing in the last pic is that hummer in the background

It`s a bit difficult to see a lowrider in Latvia, just cuz there is only one true Lowrider in Latvia (or atleas was) ... there is a bigger possibilaty to see a Ferrari on the street (cuz there are 3 in Latvia).

But atleast Latvia has some good "normal" tuned cars. Like this one - called DragOn:

That car has won about 4 or 5 competitions and was "Best Tuned Car 2003", I saw it for sale once, so I don`t know what happend to the car.
