or you can click on START >> RUN and the type in dxdiag, and the click on the sound tab, it will have all the info you want.

i have a problem with my FF...everytime i try to download a demo of some game the download stops at 40-70%

is it just me or does this happen to anybody else?

yeah that happens sometimes with me like it just stops responding with the site its downloading from

To me it looks like that the "card" is integrated on your mobo which is made by SiS

Yeah, download the drivers from the link that Felixkissa gave.
@jemc: I tried to download Juiced demo a few times, and it blocked every now and then, I guess it's the server overload

well ive downloaded it but, my mic still dosent work and im out of ideas

(ive followed guides, played around with setttings, everything, but it still dosent work)

well wat kind of mic do you have, is it just a normal desktop mic/headset or wanna them "professional" type mics.

have you tried turning on the mic via the sound settings, usually found on the taskbar, near the clock. Make sure you just select all the recording volumes and but them high. I really don't what else to say.

Try these two things:
Enabling +20dB boost and runnig wizard. it always helped me

I need some help finding out where to get the microsoft entertainment pack for win98.
I work at a computer store and i reload a bunch of computers and some of them have this pack on them. It has games like Rodents Revenge, Chips Challenge, Jezz Ball and so on.....it had somethin like 20 or so games like that.....and oh one was a skiing game. I've googled a search for it but it comes up empty. I have a Microsoft Plus cd and installed it but it didn't have it on there. Any ideas? I don't think you have to purchase it cause the graphics on the games sucked, but the games themselves were fun. Any info on this would be appreciated. Thnks.

Is it a Microsoft product? Try contacting Microsoft themselves then. And 98 is pretty old too, so maybe the product when out of prodution. Try googling the games individually and installing them,.

WOW what a fast response!!!! To answer you question--it is a microsoft product (best to my knowledge). And it ain't worth the hassle of goin to those lengths just to get some games. All i was asking was if anybody knew how to get them or were they just bundled with certain 98 OS's. There are too many to google and install..... like i said there are something like at least 20 or so. and besides it isn't that important, i just like the games it had and i never knew where to get them.

how can i burn a 705MB movie on a 800MB CD? Nero says there's not enough space on the CD

That's weird

I managed to get an 808mb movie on 800mb disc with overburning...
Maybe you should try updating your firmware or something, can't think of anyything else
