Best Need For Speed Game?

Form me isn't one NFS game that is the best cause all had there good points and bad but my top3 would be

1: U1 ( because of the customization, types of races, and storyline)
2: MW ( the driver physics are much better than the other NFS games, although not as realistics as NFSPU, the car list and the game play)
3: NFSHP2 ( cause of gameplay)

NFS 3 for me because is the father of fathers of pursuit games. NFS U1 for the customization and U2 also. MW....mmmmmm....i don't know.....maybe...but they should mix U1 and U2 with the new game. Only then, MW would be my nfs fav game of ever....but...nothing happened.

Out of 3 games I fully played, it has to be Underground. From what I remember, Hot Pursuit was a great game, but Underground wins my heart.

Out of the first 6 NFS,its difficult for me to decide but i hated NFS:PU.

Out of the other three,i like NFS:MW more because of the blacklist thing.But i feel that i lacks customization options very badly.NFS:U1 was cool as it had brilliant drifts and drags.

I only realy played this series from Porsche Unleashed onwards. I really enjoy both U2 and MW. I think both games have attributes that I really enjoy. There are some aspects of U2 I wish they'd carry on, and the same for MW. If I had to pick one though, I'd probable say U2. The drifting would be the difference.

Wow, thats a tough, so many fun memories from each. The only one i missed was NFS:PU which i kinda played on PS1 and it was horrible on that platform.

Racing through the mountains in NFS1 and clearly remember play NFS 2 on dialup with a mate for hours on end..

Although most game didnt retain every aspect i loved from the previous game id have to say every year they have improved.

Tricky though.. High stakes/hot pursuit 2 was fun and now MW

I am still loving NFS.... all cars are very nice and only exotics cars!

I vote for NFS... but i also really love MW.. but i think we can"t compare all NFS serie... each game is different.

Be the Cop, and some of the courses in High Stakes were just awesome. That's Number two in my list, number one is Most Wanted though. Why not Underground? Because there's no cops from what I hear. NFS always had cops, the police chases are one thing that makes NFS unique, and if there's no cops I don't bother with the game.

Personally, I feel you absolutely have to have the cops. I'm sure Underground is fun, I haven't had the chance or money to play it yet, but cops make quite the difference.

I hope they never make another NFS without the police, I find it ridiculous. I just have to have them. Thus the police, added with my beautiful Cadillac CTS, Most Wanted is my favorite.

NFS did not always have cops!

NFS 2 did not have cops.
NFS porsche did have cops but they did not arrest you, they only annoyed you to death

out of 9 nfs games 3 did not have cops

Ugh, the last thing I want are cops that just chase you around and not even being able to arrest you. Talk about guaranteed annoyance.

The Best what I had is the legend game: Need For Speed 7: Underground. NFSU2 is the bad copy of NFSU, and NFSMW - no night, no normal tuning, no drift, no normal drag(game how I can avoid traffic accident isn/t drag).

I like them all, but if I had to choose three:

Underground 2 is close to the top three, but the constant having to drive everywhere got annoying. If they could have combined Underground 2 with Most Wanted, it would have been great.

Well, if you want a propper cockpit, then you should play NFS I, II III.... those who played them know what I mean ;o)

*NFSHS would be nuch higher on my list, but I never get it to run properly. No matter how fast my PC is, it allways have quite low framerate so it is allmost unplayable
