The road textures and side barriers remind me of Crashday, but the UI says different. Is this an Atari game by any chance?

That game is called something with ultimate racing something....it was quite old....that game also has got the BMW M3 GTR and some "Racing prototypes"...

maybe that was the name....i dont remember but it has the BMW M3 GTR, some cars like AUDIS if i remember well, and some other types of cars...especially prototypes...

Its Total Immersion Racing, pretty good game Im playing for long time.
