a Z4 would be a nice car in the game, but this time I'd like to see spider cars with no hard-top, with the top open...I know it's an added difficult in game modelling (and when you have to race you'd better keep the top closed) but it would be very nice...wind in hairs :D

not logical to have premade tuned cars eh... spoon, muggen??

and I think the IS300 will be for the US players a Toyota Altezza. )just like the Mazda MX-5 was/is in NFS U1 a Mazda Miata, and the Hyundia Coupé for the US a Tiburion is.

so will probable the IS300 be a Altezzam (cause it simply is the same car.)

I like the fact that you put in a 300ZX...

but a S-10.... isn't that something horrible like a PICK-UP...??? same as the ranger...

and the Silvia....wich??? silvia??? cause there are dozens of types of Silvia's (like the 240SX is also a silvia)

Should have the S14A.

Stig - An S10 (although I doubt its the one he means, I think he might mean SRT-10)

Yea, what I was thinking.

Why do you want a M3 if it's the same if you put the 3 series in it.

Why a Spoon Civic and no normal Civic?

Well, the Spoon and Mugens could be used as bonus cars. Not for use online tho... Same as premade Skylines... :) I'd rather have those than the bonus cars in NFSU1 with stock engines...

Yeah I want pink slips too. Nfs4 money system was great I mean you could lose and get "game over" which is impossible in nfshp2 and nfsu1 (you can always restart race and nothing bad happens)

What is exactly a "dyno" ??? :? :?

A dynamometer. Also known as a rolling road. The driving wheels (eg rear) are then put onto a metal cylinder. Two large fans are put in front of the car to ensure cold air gets into the engine. The car is then 'driven', although it doesnt move.

Its basically so that you can tell the power output of a car. As you may know, cars lose power through the transmission. A stock Supra has 326bhp at the flywheel, to measure how much power is lost, they do it at the wheels. This is why you see BHP (flywheel) and RWHP (rear wheel horse power - on RWD cars obviously).

At Billing, a Supra RZ was dyno'd at 235rwhp.

Yep, that's pretty much it. There is a problem with those however. there are SO MANY different factors that make an effect on the reading that you can write a few pages! In short, it's from air quality down to the wear of the anti-slipping rollers. Those aren't very accurate in the long run, not as the 'rotor' type dyno - where the power is read out not from a wheel, but from the (don't know the english word) thing that the wheel is bolted on.

I've also heard that the accuracy of the reading depends a lot on how tight the car is fixed with the belts.

BTW, all readings you get from dyno have to be in watts. Not in HP, PS, or BHP. In fact (and this is rarely mentioned and few people know), BHP and HP are slightly different values - beacause HP are a european value calculated using a metric system, and BHP is a English/US value that's calculated using imperial system! As a result, the BHP is about 1.4% less than HP. 8)

Dyno tests need to be done during 3 hours afaik and better be measured about 3 times to get the accurate reading. The power output may vary between different places by some 20%, so when you do one in real one - make sure you find the more professional type!

Uhhmmm unless I have been sleeping for like 3 months  :D , but NFSU 2 is not out yet.

So it's highly unlikely that you've played & completed NFSU 2

You haven't followed the discussion lately, have you? :P He was just responding to TheStig's idea about a fully tuned Blitz Skyline R34. You know, humour... :P
