NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
For what reason does it scare you? It's the fact or drag racing. lol..
And a few screens from the new video:
Not sure whats that white car is.. but the black car looks like a 1967 Shelby GT500
350Z, Z06, and Viper RT-10 GTS?
Porsche 997 GT2
The car lining up: S13, Ford Escort Cosworth/Golf GTI/Leon Cupra? and Dodge Challenger Another car?(above the stop button) Seems like a civic EK hatchback to me.. Dodge Viper And finally the legal licences..

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
nice, the 350z is confirmed, a new porsche
the one in the hut, looks like a hatch Civic .. we have seen earlier in the sound recordings a hatch Honda Civic. The marked one i doubt it's a 240sx, it has the trunk bigger, so it must be the NSX
LE: ahmad .. what's the car in the sig mate?

Yea, that's for sure a Honda Civic EK hatchback. As a fan of S13s, I can assure you that's no NSX. It's definately has no flat trunks on the back. You will notice that too if you see the 1280 x 720 HD version of that video.
btw..its the Silvia S15 on my sig =D

The carlist is lbeginning to ook very nice.
But it still bothers me that EA is always making the NFS games (recent ones) way to US orientated, all cars are the US spec version, wich in general SUCK!
They finally add a Civic again, and what do they do.. they add a SI version instead of the much better Type-R version the rest of the world used.
Same goes for the Acura RSX and NSX... why not the original Honda versions (Integra Type-R and NSX(-R) they are faster then the Acura models.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
I going to gladly say that its not a NSX... Its a 240SX look at the comparison.. also the second car is a Seat leon cupra. And its easy to tell the last one is a Dodge challenger

the car in the middle of the 180SX/CHALLENGER looks to me like the escort cosworth. if you look at the rear spoiler then follow the link and look at the real cars spoiler they are the same. it even has the standard cosworth alloy wheels

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
I'm certain that's a 92 Ford Escort Cosworth after close inspection.
Anyway, it has been mentioned that it will be in the game in a Playstation Mag.

I totally agree with you stig. I would really prefer the original versions. I'm a big fan of the honda NSX so i wouldnt mind seeing it in game. So now some of my favorite cars have been confirmed 1.Mazda RX7TheStig wrote:The carlist is lbeginning to ook very nice.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
M3 GTR? where did that come from?
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
the pic ahmad posted cant be an Si because the EK Si is only offered in a coupe body so it must be a Type R. and i found a pic somewhere the is a ITR
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Yes, you're right. The middle car is a Ford Escort Cosworth.MrStayPuft wrote:the car in the middle of the 180SX/CHALLENGER looks to me like the escort cosworth. if you look at the rear spoiler then follow the link and look at the real cars spoiler they are the same. it even has the standard cosworth alloy wheels

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Well the M3 street version is in the game so im hoping you can create a GTR version (bodykits rear wing etc)danyutz wrote:M3 GTR? where did that come from?
EDIT: knowing EA and those "whale bodykits" I don't think thats gonna be possible so il just remove the M3 GTR from my list.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
That white car is a Porsche GT2 like the other one in screens..
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
don't think it's a Porsche, it's front end it's kinda sharp for a Porsche.
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
What's this car? It coud be a Charger, but it's back is a little bit shorter than the original. It's some kind of muscle that's obvious. Or is this even a rel car, or only the EA guy created this showcar?

Here is a comparison, imo it is the GT2 also it could have a bodykit on it..danyutz wrote:don't think it's a Porsche, it's front end it's kinda sharp for a Porsche.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
If that's the case, it gives even more oppurtunity to create a more unique (and in this case realistic) car. Many racing cars (Eg. BMW M3 GTR) do have decals on the windows.

Didn't EA say that we couldn't make our own vinyls? There were only the ones given and thats it?

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Well it would be pretty crappy if they did that... Although you could just reshape it or sumthing.
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
transformers was the first thing i thought when i was listening to the noises in the beginning. but i like the noises and the rim changing is a cool idea.t3ice wrote:Whats with the new 'transformer' type logo..??
