Looks to me like the garage/safehouse will be at the top of a 6-storey parking garage.
As for the autosculpt, it looks amazing and even though I couldn't understand the language in that video, the cursor spoke for itself! The only setback about the autosculpt is that ricers will have even more chances to make their cars ugly as hell and put everything to 100%...

For MW the PS2 demo was also relieased in late august/september, it was alot earlier then the other demos.
It had alot of things that did not make it like that in the final product. small details etc.
The handling of the PS2 demo was alot harder then the final product. and it had some small details that where left out in the final product.. don't ask me why but they did.
