You're not doing yourself a favour by doing that. You must as well spend your money for the better good, that way it's at least worth worth the cash. It's for your health afterall, isn't it? Life is pricelss, start thinking about it. Get yourself the NRT.

as soon as my exams are over, im getting a job and getting myself back on track. and yes that means doing anything i can to quit smoking!

People all say that, but they never do. They say, "I'll quit tomorrow." But they never do. Nicotine is an extremely addictive substance and you can't quit on your own unless someone takes your ciggarettes from you and only gives you one when they feel like it or if you get that gum or a patch.

i no it is random, but i have found another reason to quit smoking. it worked for my m8, so...
...here in the UK, it has been snowing. but it started while some of us were smoking. we couldnt decide if it was snow or our ash. so next time you decide to smoke, think about the snow you might miss out!

i dont no wetha u want to no or not, but im quitting smoking. i no it doesnt sound alot, but i have not touched a cigarette for over a day. im findin it really hard as i have gone from 10 a day to none. im determined to keep up tho. wish me luck!!!

its just tonight im worried about. i tend to smoke mor wen im drunk, and im going to get alot of alcohol im ma system tonight. this will be ma biggest test. if i can do it tonight, i can do it anytime. my only prob is that i enjoy smoking. the only reason im quitting is because iv realises what it is doing to my body.

this is gettin more interesting... this sounds like a movie, where you (the main character) started as a smoker, but then had an incedent that showed you how bad smoking is... Then after a while you thought about quiting smoking... Then you said to your friends "if i can do it tonight, i can do it anytime" (the heroic quote by the main character in the movie, and dramatic music was added)... Then you started stopping... and ... eventually stopped, to end the movie with a happy ending... This could make a terrific movie...
