It has a pretty nice background but like HaZ said, the white ribbons don't really mix in well.

And maybe blending the character a bit more into the background would make it look cleaner. (Just my opinion)

Just FYI, if you're going to cut out a car and paste it on a background, use a picture of a car that's not in motion, so there's no motion blur on the wheels. It implies the car is moving, but when it's cut out and pasted onto a different background, it looks kinda weird.
Also, you have reflections from the original background on the car which don't match the new background, making the car look even more out of place.

Besides all that, the car's just plain ugly.
