I have a 1982 BMW 320i that is only about 80% covered in nasty matte gray paint. It desperatley needs new paint, spots on the roof and hood are wearing off. But it's a good car nonetheless. Unfortunately, I can't drive yet.

I washed the car today, but I also spent a lot of time trying to re-fit the front bumper and get the stupid sticker off the front of the bonnet.

Therefore I did not polish the car and there are still no pics . . .

It's a Ford Aspire (I believe it's actually Kia-based). It's definitly cleaner than my Escort (which apparently spent a year in Newfoundland which = rust). Just remember this about the economobiles; they're a lot more fun to beat on (because hey, if you get a dent, doesn't matter, right?).

Alright alright . . .

I didn't finish polishing the car because it's too much work and I need a stronger cutting cut-n-polish.

So here it is, semi-clean:

ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

1986 model (built in '85) Toyota Celica ST162 SX
- 2.0L 3S-GE 4cyl
- FWD 5 speed manual
- old Alpine stereo (right 6x9 doesn't work properly)
- aftermarket exhaust
- the strut brace is stock

feel free to ask any questions

Edit: added an engine bay pic

The question is.. Would he borrow it to you?

In the Netherlands, when a woman crashes a car, we say: ''Vrouw achter het stuur, bloed aan de muur.''

Literally translated: Woman behind the wheel, blood on the wall. :P

@ yodack : nice car, I've always loved the shape of the Prelude. When I used to live in Zim, there was a Prelude with aftermarket parts doing the rounds, and it looked fooking awesome. Shame I don't have a pic of it.

well i have no way of convincing you so believe as you will. you have your mind made up already, but how many people's rides do you actually question the ownership to?
