My nissan 240SX

Post by #240sx^break »

Aight guys
i bought my 240sx i think about a year ago, havnt done much with it. here is what i have done to it:

dumped it down
full skunk2 exhaust system
CAI
racing seats and interior
Carbon Fiber hood

Question is:
Should i prep it for twin turbo? i can afford it, or just regular turbo?

P.S. Why carbon fibre the hood on a lightly modified car? Plus, what alloys you running on?

If it is, then he's riced it horribly. Look at rims + fake-ass, useless carbon fibre spoiler ect.
I doubt he's even got a car.

The old "Twin Turbo" case.
Why dont you but a 240SX turbo and dump a Garrett GT28RS in the front? Sorted.

It isnt his car. If it was his, then he would have stated that he bought a spoiler plus a whole bumper package for it in his list.

Post a pic of your car 240break.

He's already stated he bought body kittage in a different thread. Makes you wonder, if you're going to lie, at least do it convincingly.

I pity your car and what you did to it.

I would have bought something in a little better shape. You would be surprised what 15 grand will get you these days...

i looked at 3 cars over the month.
1: Acura Integera, ran fine but needed work
2: honda civic si, it was stolen lol
3: Mistubishi eclipse, was owned by a mexican and wanted 9k for it, and it was in bad shape with a nice lookin dent on the bumper.
i look on auto trader etc for cars that you can rice up n such but they all just blow.
alot of mexicans live by me and i see them doin stuff to old bel airs and they will try to sell em to me, which there not the nicest looking car.

but why is it so bad that i put twin turbo into my 240?

Ok guys just Chill k??

let the the guy be. if he wants to uput in a TT kit.. let him, is it advised??? nope.. cause it is expensive and basicly useless.

ooh and why would he lie about the car that looks like that... honestly... it is a great contender for Pimp My Ride, cause it looks like a dumpster... really..

it got 2 diffirent rims. you are eighter running on your spare tyre a while now and like it..
or you had just enough money to buy the rear wheels (see ricers here do it all the time)

And why did you buy a now front bumper and not paint it... it looks soooo ugly and prototype ricer material (same here.. see ricers do it all the time, unpainted parts :?)

Like said on the other topic.
a 300ZX is alot better car! and better looking then a 240SX

Some People dont have the oppertunity to buy all of the parts they want for their car at the same time... I would love to have a 240SX in good condition... but having TT wouldnt be logical... IMO

ME get a life?

I go to school from 8 till 5 every weekday and learn about cars, enjoying myself, making new friends, and setting up my career.

What do you do? You sit at your computer all day, jerking off at pictures of 240's and telling people who actually have cars and jobs to go and get a life. Even on the off chance that you do own that dumpster 240 that you posted, why dont you at least buy some matching wheels, or PUT THE STEELIES ON THE BACK BECAUSE IT'S A REAR WHEEL DRIVE CAR shiznit

my 240sx needs the following done:
Finish the body kit
paint the body kit
install the tt
dyno the motor

and that is all expensive, but in the end i think it will be a nice car.

It's pointless to TT a 4-pot.
It just is. One bigger blower would be cheaper AND better than two. Plus, it MIGHT actually fit in the engine bay. Having done a little research (admittedly only a little, so feel free to own me), it's not possible to TT a 240SX engine, as all the TT 240's are running 300ZX or Skyline engines.

Um, its physically, as in not completely, impossible to use the standard 4-pot TT'd. There isn't enough room. The reason transplanted motors work is because they're much more compact V6's.
