NFSC to be first presented in Germany ?

<img src="http://www.nfsunlimited.net/news/gamesconvention.gif" align="right" hspace="2" > Our Affiliate NFS-Planet.de posted some interesting news about the appearance of a Need For Speed Carbon demo at the games convention in Germany that will take place between the 24th to the 27th of August.

At the E3 in Los Angeles we only saw short teaser videos of Need for Speed Carbon, but at the Games Convention in Germany it should be different: Electronic Arts just submitted a playable demo of Need for Speed Carbon at the USK in Germany for rating (USK is like the ESRB). The submit carries the name Need for Speed Carbon (GC-Demo) and is for the platform Playstation 2.

So the game will be presented the first time to the masses at the Games Convention in Germany. The Games Convention takes place from 24th to 27th August in Leipzig (Germany).

isnt that about the same time the first full preview of Most Wanted was released to the masses?

well they said it was going to come earlier than the one of Most wanted so it should be coming soon

The PS2 demo for MW was also out pretty fast. it took along time before the other demo's where out (the PS2 demo was a complete diffirent demo.. even had details that where in a later stage taken out .. sad but true)

I have noticed that MW is starting to appear in magazines , sometimes they give free demo disks so I would look out for them

yeah, but let's wait and download it from EA FTP site, I thrust more getting it from their site than getting it from a damn disk, sometimes they can be screwed or damaged. Who knows...

Don't you have the game already ??
I went to the EA FTP site and i founded only NFS Demos.

i was referring to the Carbon demo: when it's available, i'm going to download it from the ftp site. I did the same with MW, waiting 4 hours previously when EA uploaded the Mw demo. Now it's the turn with Carbon maybe in september or October.

yeah i was waiting patiently the demo, and when EA uploaded it, i logged in instantly here to say DEMO AVAILABLE DEMO AVAILABLE!!!! and everyone was downloading it, oh i remember that day, my heart was so accelerated...i hope to feel the same with NFS carbon....

When Carbon come sout I will run to the shop , pay for it with debit card ( saves time ) and run allllll the way home ! . Well not really . why dont you try another source , you will proberly be able to get it alot quicker then . Try IGN , File planet , or filefront .

I'd love to see Carbon on the GC. Unfortunately I decided to never go there again

The only good time to be there is on the first day early in the morning. Rest of the time it's way to crowded.

Plus this years GC is during summer break, so there will be a lot of school kids.

EA always makes a big show for NfS. I remember two years ago, when they presented UG2, they had a car and you could make photos. They even had some girls to pose

I think the car was a purple 350 Z. But I'm not sure, I must have a photo of it somewhere.

And of course they also had playstations or something where you could play UG2.
