Making Decals: NFSU

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to edit decals in Photoshop :?:

I already read the post about editing decals in PaintShopPro, but this one is VERY unclear in my opinion (could be me... :roll: )

Anywayz, I'd like to know how to edit/replace decals in NFSU. Plz help me out. :lol:

Using paintshop would probably be the better bet...Photoshop just doesn't have the kinds of options that a PSP-type program would. Photoshop is better for big things, but making a vinyl requires the intricate details that PSP would be better for.

that and photoshop requires way too much resources to run it. paintshop CS is a rip. doesnt work on millenium and freezes way too much on xp lol. might be from the overclocking i did too lol. i'll stick with psp 8.2.

psp 8 is what i have but i still cant get the dds files open and cant find a plug-in for psp8 found one for psp7. :cry:

well Paco... as soon as you got Decal work... let me know... cause I suck at it...
