I am having problems with the layers of colors in the edition of vinyls of game NFSU, would like some tips.

I'd give you tips if I just knew what you meant.
My wild guess is that you try to save as DDS without merging all the layers... but then again, I don't know exactly what you mean.
Give some more info and I'll try to help you out as far as I can.
