Can't get any performance parts!

I just started Most wanted and didn't want to waste cash on parts for my car but after i beat the number 14 on the blacklist i decided to upgrade my cars performance parts. When i went to the garage i ouldn't buy performance parts. I couldn't even find them on the scrollbar it just stayed at stock. I can get all of the visual and body upgrades though. Does anyone know where my performance parts are?

Not unlocked yet. You won't unlock any performance parts before you beat Blacklist 13, at the minimum.

damn....i thought most wanted was alright but i didnt play on my own career so idk how it really is.........
