There are faster cars than the Veyron, there's no doubt about that. The Veyron (unofficially, last I checked) holds the record for fastest production car in the world.

The fastest street legal car in Australia (a twin-turbo Cortina) does the quarter in 7.13, and I have no doubt that there are faster cars in America.

I agree with RVD it's so loud and it's not a production car.
I know a Tuned Dodge Viper SRT-10 that is faster than the bugatti but it isn't a production car
