Is there free-run in career and in quickrace?

The rumor goes along that you can't go free run mode in career between races. Is that right? Will it be like U1
-Confirmed, there is free roam. Check The_Flash's picture from IGN.

i dont have any confirmation but i would have thought ud still have free roam, or what would be the point in cops

Also you know in MW that after you finish the game you can still play?
Well that was fun i am still playing MW in free roam just so i can get in to a pursuit.

Well i saw in one interview i watched in youtube an explanation that if the cops
start pursue in the middle of the race you gotta drop them after the race before you can do anything else.. That sorta tells that theres free roaming
they wouldnt dare to take free roam away.. ppl would be so angry!

EDIT:theres also a new district name on some screen in the vid so that means
theres roaming

There WILL be some free-roam, they havent built all this map to acces all races from the menus only.

Well I hope they bring back the free-roam option from UG2 which allowed you to free-roam outside of the career mode (this was lacking in MW).
But more then likely, yes there will be free-roam in career. Whoever told you that rumor clearly fails at life.
