I don't like cheats but I think that the most needed thing is some trainner or something to roll back your career at the begining, but to keep the old rides. Anyone knows is that possible?

There is a trick, using hex-editing, to swap your career cars to the My Cars section. Then you could reset your career, and swap the cars back again.
