My sound is very annoying!

Post by Spawn79 »

Yepp.. That's it...
NFS Carbon.
At first all the cars were all black.
I updated my drivers for my Grafficscard (Geforce FX 5600 Ultra)
Then i got colour on the cars.
But now the sound is very wierd.
It comes maybe one second after and it repeats everything about 3 times.
(Attention, attention, attention, we have a, we have a, we have a etc etc.
This is very annoing. I've tried updated my soundcard (Soundblaster Live Value)
That did'nt work, i lost all the sound. I installed the old driver again and the sound
is exacly the same again. Repeats everything about 3 times.
It's ONLY in NFS carbon i have this problem. Anybody know what's wrong??

What are your computer specs? Sounds like your computer is not fast enough to run Carbon.

go to the sound tab
turn down sound acceleration to 'basic' or 'none'

Maybe your comp can't handle the game. It run it, but can't handle the sounds aswell.
