Fastest I've ever gone in carbon is 340kph, it's harder to get past that without finding a corner.

Not cheating. just finding the best route, tuning the lambo, and using the NOS wisely.
i find the middle Highway the best...

been able to hit the 200mph on the speedtrap with my ford gt in the aquaduct (actually rolled few mph over it... but @ the radar point it was 200mph)
no cheating... (there's a reward card for 200mph)

I only got 439 KM/H (263 MPH) using the Murcielago......but the neddle was still pointing somewhere around 6000-7000 PRM, not even turining red......I'll try to get 460 KM/H

I think it is impossible to reach 280MPH with Murcielago without Infinte NOS because it hasn't a good acceleration.
I reached 471Km/h (291MPH) with Viper. And I made a video:

The real top speed of Viper is 465~466Km/h but with a little of luck I hit 465Km/h, went down to 457Km/h and went up to 471Km/h.
And sorry for my bad english. But I think you can understand what I said.

Yes. Corvette can reach 460Km/h.
The tunning are:
All to horsepower (Engine)
All to Top Speed (Transmission)
All to Max Velocity (Nitro)
All to High RPM (Turbo or Superchager)
And use manual gears.
