Free roam challenges in career mode?

Those orange arrows are other street cars that will challenge you, when you drive around in free roam.

At least it works in Heat 1.They will chase you if you are in heat 5.

When you see the cops coming, just pull over to the side of the road and stop dead. It should stop them from wanting to chase you (if you're on heat 1.)
