Any parent that tosses the keys to a 500+ horsepower car to their 14 year old son deserves that.
Hell you don't toss the keys to anything other than a Pinto or a Chevette to a 14 year old.

Put a torquey car in gear, then drop the clutch quickly enough to stall an ordinary car. You can do it in my dads diesel 406, the car will just roll forward.

Id also say the parking brake wasnt on, and maybe it was in gear when he started it up? still its a bit stupid handing the keys of a car like that to a 14 year old, i wouldnt even let him sit in it

It was in 1st gear and without the handbrake on.
If you put a manual car in 1st gear when if park the car you don't really need the handbrake cause when the car is in gear it doesn't move. obly when you park it on a hill it is advised to use the handbrake also.
BTW the movie is hilarious.
