A suggestion

Well i have a suggestion:
It would be very good if you swiched from PHBB to Vbuletin cuz it's much better but it costs so if you have enough money you can swich to it but also you have to restart everything from scratch but it will be great with Vbulletin

I'd say that vBulletin isn't worth the money. Especially since phpbb is more than adequate.

And how is phpBB better i also have forum with phpBB and it's nothing compared to Vbulletin

But why start from scratch when the whole website, Bojan and his buds worked on, is in already in PHP?

Id say starting from scratch isnt worth the money of work already done.

You really don't understand what "Don't fix if it ain't broken" means?
And as I said, since phpbb is completely adequate, why waste $160 for another forum.
