Experiencing problems with Stubbs the Zombie

Hey guys i just got this game, now i have a problem, every time i try open the game i get an error saying my comp doesn't meet the graphics requirements which is utter shiznit, the games graphics aren't anything to jump at.
I've played games with much better graphics than this without problems, its a Radeon 9550 256MB and it says on the readme file for the game that the 9500 series Radeons ARE supported, it says you need 64mb card so i'm a bit confused as to why i cant get into the game, so i updated my drivers and still the same problem trying to open the game, anyone have the game and having the same issue?
The comp i use is a AMD Sempron 3000+, 1 GB DDR400 (2x512) RAM along with SATA 250GB HDD and my Radeon, so theres nothing wrong with the PC.
