How to install custom vynils in NFSMW ???

I´m from Brasil, I love all the game of the Need For Speed series since the beggining in the old 3DO.
Well, I tried to find but I wasn't able to. So, I ask:
PLEASE, how do I install the custom vynils (found to download at the mainpage) in the nfsmw ???
