Ice?!..idk what that is...
The reason y they threw away neon and other ricer options is EA policy.
If they feel like it they would even remove the whole modification and customizing
scheme all together for no reason

The prolly felt it was a waste of time ..and instead spent more time developing the
autoscuplt option..imo
