I'll still love tuners more than exotics and muscles but this is awesome!

I can't seem to find the torque stats for this Vette, but in that 2nd pic from the bottom, they're going 125MPH and still smoking tires. Also, within a mile it hit 205MPH.

that lingenfelter vette looks nice and all but it is not a good idea to boost those lightweight 7 liters. those engines are made for lightweight and are not meant to be boosted. also i know where those pics came from and the viper totally pwned the vette. see here http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/cou ... chart.html
the viper ran a 218 mph standing mile with the AC on in 26 seconds. the vette also pooped its differetial out on the test. i like the new vettes but i think there are greater possibilities in the 6.0 L engine rather than the 7 L

So? Kev Huntleys Supra hit 201mph, Dee Irelands hit 204mph, both within a mile. Theyre both small-time UK tuners, one runs CRD and the other Envy Performance, both run late 9s in the quarter. Also, I call BS on smoking the tyres at 125mph. At that range, youre in 5th and pushing hard, theres no way in hell it would smoke like that, at best youd get a small loss of traction.

But then what do I expect, this is the guy who runs his car on 93 octane Kerosene.

As for the Supra being classed as muscle, I can accept that, its definitely one of the more torquier engines from the East.

I live in the US pal, 93 Octane GASOLINE or Petrol is the best I can get. Not your wierd ass kerosine or diesel.

Then he needs bigger tyres. Then again, you only really need to start worrying when your 1/4ml's are slower the more boost you run, as happened to PPF's E30 M3. On 963whp it did a 10.35 pass at 157, having failed to get traction for the entire length of the strip!
It's now dipped into the mid-low 8's on the strip.
