you know when you challenge a blacklist member if there are 3 races if you win to do you beat the blacklist member or do you have to win all 3 of the races?

and can you tell me the easiest way to make a pursuit last 13mins?

yes you have to win all the races by that blacklist member.

the way i made the pursuit last 13 min and more: i find a freeway and just drive and not hit any spikes
