motion blur

when u go to options and go on video, there is a moption blur option. However, yit doesnt let u turn it on for some reason. Is this a glitch or is there a way to turn it on?

If your gfx card doesn't support Shader model 3 then you can't turn it on.

You need a GFX that supports SM3 technology (DirectX Shader Model 3.0) to get working the motion blur, but it's an ugly effect, i'm glad not to activate this option...

my gfx card supports motion blur and i still don't use it.. its ugly =\
