File Downloading site

Yo,I'm new here so Hi. Anyway, I was playing NFSU2 Online today (PS2),and the guy's I was racing with were talking about some sort of website that you can download NFSU2 files off of. Apperantly you can use a Flash Drive that you plug into the USB port of your PC,go to this site,Download the files you want onto your flash drive,then take the flash drive and plug it into the USB port of your PS2. (or something like that anyway.) Does anyone know if this does work,and the best site to go to?

eh, i heard that in order to download stuff onto a PS2 you need a modded Ps2 or something like that

Yes it needs to be chipped to have these special rare mods and alo to play copied or downloaded games that have been burnt onto CD or DVD
