HELP RETUNRING MOST WANTED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I just took my copy of Most Wanted to be shipped about 4 hours ago and I FORGOT TO PUT DISK 1 IN THE CASE!!!!!!! I had to pay like, $30 between shipping and paying to replacement fee. What should I do? EA isn't gonna return it is all teh disks aren't in there! Heck they barrelly return them anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLZ help cuz i don't knowq what to do!!! :( ](*,) :shock: :cry: *sob*

well, try to get ASAP to EA, or ask in your mail office. Also, if EA gave you numbers, use them, maybe them can set an "interview" with you someday, just keep searching options.

I e-mailed them about an hou ror two ago but they haven't gotten back... they should by the time I go to bed, somewhere around 7am. lol

On topic: Like GT said you are going to wait quite a while for a reply from them, I know from experience and so do most of us here.

Offtopic: I did the opposite of what you did Carcrazy, I returned more than what I got, I returned a motherboard that died and I thought the mounting screws and internal speaker came with it, so I had to get the screws from somebody else which was a B**** to do since no store near me carries them and I never got an internal speaker.

Normally only takes about a day for an e-mail, but at bost maybe 2-3 because os the holidays.

It took them six days to reply to me, and even then the information was wrong.

The only suggestion i can give you is call or email their customer support and let them know about it.

You know I think GT was right, because of the Holidays people whose computers suck and can't play the games and are reporting it because they think its a problem with the game and not there pc's are really gonna slow this down. I still haven't heard from them.
