Moderators in PS3 version of Carbon?

I have played quite a bit now and I am close to getting level 50 online with the PS3 version of NFS Carbon. I have yet to see a moderator in game. Does anyone know if they actually exist in the PS3 version or have I just been wasting my time to try to unlock the 911 GT3 RS.
