Does anyone be aware of street racing games for pc where u are able to tune your ride in performance and visuals,which doesn't make u feel bored and it can moded(add cars parts...)?????

NFS Games can be modded... but when Underground came out mods stopped only MW can be modded really difficult
Don;t forget i ask for a game with tuning
