(Even no matter hard I try) I never have gotten higher than a very high 2 (in math state test) and a very high 3 (in ELA state tests)

Note: 1-Fail, 2-Ok, 3-Great, 4- Excellent
Note 2: The numbers aren't based on the actual number itself but it goes in a catogory of 0-100 for each level.
