how do you feel about ea not including drag racing in carbon?

for me.. Underground Series Drag MUCH better than MW...

enlighten me, as I've played neither...what's the difference between the Underground and MW races?

U1 races- More challenge (night)
MW races-Easier (day)

but other than that, are their "drag" races similar (controls and all that)?

Underground and MW have one similarity in their drag races - they are both badly executed by EA.

Traffic in drag races - get real EA

Now MW with the no traffic patch is so much better - it's not all about remembering when the van is going to pull across the road in front of you and stop dead grrrrr

No theres a difference.As I remember, in the drag trailers I saw for MW, the cars have full movement and the cars in U1's drag only has left to right.

i vote yes, i liked the drags, i was bummed when they never came back

i was getting bummed with underground 2, where they werent really much of drag races anymore, becuase of all the turns. i hope they come back, and straight, too!

"drag races with turns"? I thought the purpose of a drag race is that it was straight!

It is, EA just, I guess wanted to add a new kind of drag...

I voted no because I don't much care for drag, drifting is more of my thing

My opinion to this is. NFS shouldnt have drag racing. Untill, there is a night and day setup. Drag is usually a night thing, where there is no traffic. Get it right EA.

I didnt vote, because I get more speed in other races than in drag, in drag you're always dodging cars.

Options are pretty poor. I simple yes/no style would have worked.

If your going with this line of answers then wheres the option for "i dont care about drag but like to drive fast.."

I love drag it`s the best sory for not haveing a picture I f****d something up

i think maybe for next nfs, some races done on a few race tracks, and the drag races on racing drag strips not on streets, also FULL control of your car not the crappy steering thing

If they were to implement it as a true drag race mode (straight course, no silly jumps/obstacles, no turns) where the real challenge is your driving skill and how much you've built up the performance of your car, I'd enjoy it. If it were a prototypical 1/4 or 1/8 mile, the way you tune your car would be a lot more important... not just doing some silly "perfect shift", dodging between cars and smashing your opponents out of the way.

Of course this would stray too far away from arcadey FNF racer gameplay for it to be in NFS.

I hope they bring back drag racing in the next nfs game

If they can bring it back like the classic drag in NFSU1 or better, then yes.

Yep I with my Fellow Admin, bring it back like it was in the original Underground or improve on that, but not like U2 and MW where the dragraces where anything but straight and way to long.
I didn't mind the traffic, cause without traffic it's just to boring only thing MW had that was pretty cool was that you could in some cases go underneath the trucks (cross them.)
but other then that it pretty much sucked.

In underground 1 the Drags where straight and fast paced.

should be able to cruise threw the city sometimes too like in speed limits without having ur rpms going crazy
