in NFS Most Wanted, you can use Custom Vinyls. We can edit it with Adobe Photoshop + dds plugins (downloadable).

In Carbon, you can try to make it wiht shape vinyls, rotate it, skew it, resize it, until looks like Vinyls in NFSU2

Visit the forum about NFSU Vinyls in Help & Support Section. U have to use bintex 0.5 but it seems to be a bug coz my vinyls placed wrong or maybe i don't do it right
