Hi,
I have NFSMW:Black edition, installed on my home pc and it works great, however when I run it on my laptop (same one), it crashes to the desktop, unless I go into quick race whic works fine. I have tried a few registry tweaks and running it on one processor (dual core), which didn't help.

Heres my laptops specs
Intel® Core™ Duo Processor T2250 1.73GHz, Genuine Windows® XP Professional SP2, 15.4" WXGA WV TruBrite Screen, 1024MB DDR2 533MHz, 60GB-5400rpm (SATA), DVD-SuperMulti D/D Layer, LAN, W-LAN

What graphics cards and drivers do you have?

Makke sure you have all patches. MW is almost as glitchy as Carbon.

128mb shared graphics

and I don't believe there are any updates on top of my current version 1.3????

what are your system specs? you might need a fresh reinstall. MW has never been as glitchy for me as carbon is

intergrated graphics are bad, no matter how much it has. Plus, if it crashes, it maybe because the cd is bad.

exactly you haven't said what type of graphics processor you have. if you have integrated graphics MW will run like crap or may not even run at all. if your on a budget look at a 6 series nvidia card since they offer pretty good performance for the price

its a laptop with integrated graphics so I don;t think a card upgrade is on the cards since its not even possible

A: Because you have an integrated graphics card on a laptop.

i also use a laptop but my my graphic cad is nvidia 4000 its run ok fo all need for speed but cannot run for carbon
