Well, everyone has seen my computer before... and we know the stats.... what you don't know is that there is hidden eye candy all over, like the neon underneath (Still deciding weather to put back on... it got kicked alot) or just something like this...

Honestly, that would get really annoying, really fast.

When I build computers for people, I could care less about flashy lights ...

It's all about performance and reliability with me ...

^^^^ I agree with you about performance and reliability but its always fun to add Lights to it later on

Is that the Silverstone TJ04 ? If so, how do you like it ? It's one of the 3 cases I'm considering for my next computer ...

Yes it is, I was lucky it came w/side panel window and 2 120mm fans. I love this case, lots of room, tool-less, black finish. I would recommend it.

i got a crappy Compaq Presario, its horrible....it was my mothers, she got a new one so she gave me her old one......soooo slow

last weekend i redneck rigged a cooling fan into my comp. i put it just to the side of my gfx card kind of like 2fast4all's except my fan isnt attached to anything. i ripped the fan out of a old psu and soldered two wires red and black and shoved the wires into the extra power cords. seems to work i get 4-5 degrees cooler idle temps. im trying to find a really big fan though. i might post some pics later

I really didnt want to take a pic of the whole computer station since there really isn't much my stereo is there etc.. but not important..

This is My PC. She may be 3 years old but she still gets the job done

Mine is aswell... using it as a temporary screen so I can play the x360 at 1080i until I decide when I'm gonna grab myself a nice Samsung panel, probably the r81 series.

Will grab a picture of mine after I get all the stuff together to build 'The One' . I know I have to get a new desk or something, because as it is I'm running out of desk space and trying to route wires around it is just a pain.

i guess leaving the PC open is either a new style or just to keep things cool inside.

for me i just leave mine open because it the air from the fans feel good.

Leaving the case open makes the PC hotter, since there is no airflow.

Not true in all cases ... it depends completely on the case ...

Although closed case w/ good airflow > open case

Having the case open will only work if there is no case fan.

If you leave the case open on a case with a case fan, it will just be sucking in air from the big gaping hole, and therefore not cool anything. With the case closed, it forces air to travel through the whole system . . . and that applies to all cases.

Yeah it is.... plus its easy to do when you have a Xbox360 VGA cable.. but anyways..

When My Case is open I get Much better tempreatures. When I close the case Oh man that prescott cpu gets real hot. My case 3 fans installed,a big one at the back and 2 small ones on the side. Plus I have space for one more at the front. So far nothing I do can keep that cpu in check so I keep my case open.

jeez.. i will never show my pc on here... so humilating..... crappest pc in history... dam i got to buy a new one!!

any sugestion of a new pc?
