Reward Card Problem

Well I got almost all of them. Just need a few for online and they all done. How in the world does this photomode stuff work. I tried and tried and can't figure it out. I've even been logged onto the Need for speed carbon site. The message that comes up when I try is some error trouble sending or connecting to needforspeed.com? Any help would be great. Thanks.

you go to ea.com/nfs/carbon.....here this might help you more
(FOR THE ACCOUNT CREATION BE SURE TO ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS)
then do this, check your email for something that says, "Ea-Link Your Gamertag"

(oh yeah and on the 3rd instructions, the red circled thing, its important things about your ea nation account)

No didnt help at all. I been a registered member since NFSU1 so I know my account is working. I been racing online in Carbon. If you read I only need a couple online reward cards. So I obviously have an account and this is PC.
