Since I like mountain biking when there is no snow, I got bored in the winter and I came up with the idea to put skis onto my bike. I didn't know that you could buy them anywhere. The one in the picture isn't mine but mine isn't that much different from that one. When I went up to the mountains to go and use it, I had to talk to the people that worked there to get them to let me use it. I was the only person there with something like that, it was pretty cool, jumps are awesome on it.

Skiing is actually one of my favourite sports, if not the favourite. I bought new skis this year, 165cm Elan SLX full carve which handle completely different than my previous 193 long half carve spears! Awesome feeling doing tight turns at high speed!

That ski-bike looks insanely difficult to stay up on.

You do have the option to wear those boots with the very short ski's on them to help with stability, but that's why you don't go in a straight line, mostly a zig-zag path.

It's almost like a regular bike, once you get up to speed, it stays up pretty easily. And like snowboarding, you can do a side-to-side movement to help.

Yeah, but a bike has two gyroscopes built in; the spinning wheels keep the bike upright.

Well either way, a ski bike is not that much harder to ride than a normal bike. It takes a little getting used to but it's easy.
