Hey how do i check my sponsors requirements? All these FAQ's say to check their requirements but how do I do this as I'm stuck with no races left.

Also why does every time i resume explore mode it spawns me somewhere on the map rather than exiting the garage? Even though I entered the garage as the last thing i did.
