[NFSMW] Help to importe wide decals!

Please,I need help to import WIDE decals to TEXTURES.BIN. I used BinTex 0.5 and MWTEX to import, but the cars textures after start game disappear.

Example after importer wide decal with Bintex or MWTex:

Then the file to import it into is Textures.bin located in Program Files\EA Games\Need for Speed Most Wanted\CARS.

Replace an existing decal that is of the same size and color as the one you're importing.
