How Do I create a Presentation

Hey, i was wondering what I have to do, to make a presentation for my car? I was wondering how people get there presentations to look like this:

Can you tell me what program i need to do this because I have Adobe Photoshop 9.0 and i dont think thats the program that I need, or maybe im just not as familiar with it as other are

photoshop is fine, but to use it properly you'll need practice

Djiel is very right. I have had Photoshop about 4-6 months now and I think Im just starting to "figure" it out. Angelix there has come along and gotten so good at PS (Photoshop) that Im beginning to wonder if its really her doing those pres' XD

Or if your to cheap and dont have $200-1000 to spend on a peice of plastic and a licence, and you don't want to *ahem* illegally, get Gimp. Like me. Not as good as PS, but it's free.
Everything of mine is made in gimp, and they don't suck that bad... only slightly.

no i have photoshop, i have the CS2 version 9.0, idk ithink thats a good one , but thats besides the points, YaelDjiel, Angelix sent me a couple of your tutorials, most of which are awsomjoe Car Reflection, Cloud Pres, learn how to use the cut tool, before i got the tutorials i made my very virst decent presentations with a car, i think, so i was wondering if you guts can comment on it? Like i said before this is my first presentation so dont be so hard on it, lol, just tell me what you think?

You cropped the car good, but shouldn't put a stroke round the whole car.
Also make the car bigger on the presentation, atleast 50% of the total image.
For a first timer I'd give you a 4/10
