Ok. So I was playing nfsu2. but i lost the cd.
2 months later i got nfsmw. And nfsu2 worked with the cd from nfsmw. Everything was cool... until I tried to install some performance from level 3... and they are not there. This is only in career mode. In normal customize, they are there, but locked.
I got the cd 2 from nfsu2 again. Reinstalled the game. Still the same problem. Level 3 won`t show up in the performance shop in career mode.

Anyone?

you need a different shop, the megalow parts i think its called, only has up to lvl2

Level 3 parts are only available in the Jackson Heights shop.

you need to go to either beacan hill or coal harbor for parts. jackson heights is only body and paint

Errr WHAT? There is no performance shop in Jackson Heights? Level three parts are only available in coal harbour...

You can get them anywhere other than Megalow-parts... after you unlock them.
