hey in new to the forums

i would like to know how i can make a custom vinal for NFSC, like what some people have done in NFS:MW

does it require the same procces, open BIN editor or something like that

if so can someone tell me please

Making vinyls cannot be done on NFS Carbon.. You can only use the editor on Carbon to create your own.

how can i get the Decals to show up on both sides with out having to have 2 of the same decal but one on one side and one on the other

You can't. Simple as that.
