Car taxation in Finland

Some price examples:
Honda Civic's price with the lowest emissions (hybrid) will go down by 5500€~
Volvo V70's price with the highest emissions will go up by 5500€~
And so on..

And the prices of cars have been really high in Finland already, so if the already expensive cars' prices continue to go up, I'd imagine their sales would drop..
But I hope it's not gonna go in the direction of every family (with a bit of money) now buying instead of one high emitting car two low emitting cars.. That's not good either..

But in the end I think this is a really good move, because now there will be more newer and cleaner cars on the roads instead of old gas guzzlers, which most finns drive because of the old and high taxation.
