NFS:PS - Wheels coming off?

I noticed in one of the preview movies for NFS, that when a car hit a barrier, one of the wheels came off. However I havent had this happen to me yet, although hard to tell without replays.

Anyone else had a wheel come off yet?

Also makes me wonder about the repair tape seen holding bumpers together on the RX7 in those videos. What was that about.

promo video no ducktaped bumpers in this game, they took that off, aswell as the replay mode. For the things with the falling wheels on impact, can't way that, didn't happened to me.
