I don't believe this needs it's own thread, there's one that will cover this.

Tokyo Drift purely on the basis that Han's RX7 is AWESOME!!! especially with the VeilSide 'kit.

However very close behind would be 2F2F because of the main cars in that one.

In my opinion all the storylines in each were shiznit mushrooms, I just watched them for the cars.

There are a couple of things I don't get in TD though:
1) why the heck can a completely stock-looking Chevelle beat an awesome SRT10?
2) WHY THE HELL would you COMPLETELY RUIN an already awesome 1967 Mustang by chucking an SR20DETT in it? That is plain stupid and wrong.

IMO the Mustang hadn't an engine ,so they put it from the Silvia.

Maybe the Chevelle wasn't stock at performance.

1. It had a Bigblock Chevy with 700hp
2. It was a RB26DET not SR20. There is no such engine as SR20DETT

Well then you obviously don't know much about cars. It was an SR20DET which was from Han's totalled S15 Silvia. It was the only part of the car that worked. The RB26DETT is the engine most famous for being included in the R34 Skyline. The Silvia does not have any RB-series engine, that's only in the Skylines, instead the Silvia range had SR-series motors, and the SR20DET is one of the most common.

"Some of the Mustangs were '68s we converted to look like '67s,"McCarthy said. "You know he challenges D.K. to this death race. So hetakes his father's '67 Mustang and then, overnight, they take the[Nissan] Skyline GT-R engine out of his [Nissan] Silvia and magicallyput it in the Mustang. You know it took us about two months to do that, but it actually does run. It actually runs really good, but we neverquite perfected it. But that was our hero car. It looks great, and theinterior's perfect.

Booooooring,

Who cares if they used a RB26DETT or a SR20DT.
both are equally horrible in a 67 Mustang.
It's simply a thing you don't do.
YOU DON'T PUT A streight 6 or a Inline 4 in a classic muscle car.

That's weird. Putting an import car engine into a muscle car. That's like using the body for aerodynamics and that's it. (Sorry I'm no car techy >_<)

Actually, I was wrong, it was an RB26, but from my belief viper16 said that the SR20 apparently doesn't exist, which is incorrect. But like Stig said, you don't put those sorts of motors in Mustangs anyway.

That's not what he said.

viper16 stated that there is no such thing as an SR20DETT, which is technically correct.
You can make your own SR20DETT by strapping on two turbos, but it will still be an SR20 or SR20DET according to the engine number. It's a bit anal, I know, but you can't say that he's wrong.

Yeah it's wrong,

It's like looking at a fatal accident, people do it but it's still WRONG!

There are some things that you simply don't do, and putting a 4 or 6 cyl engine in a classic muscle car is one of them.
And the sound is not a reason to do it eighter, look I'm not a big fan of muscle cars but I do respect them for what they are, and one of the best things they do is make noise :D
